Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) vodka (if following a gluten-free diet, confirm that brand is gluten-free)
  • 120 ml (0.5 cup) sugar syrup
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice strained
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix together the vodka, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a small pitcher.
  2. Chill in a refrigerator till needed.
  3. Pour into martini glasses, garnish with lemon slices and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, chill martini glasses in freezer for at least 10 mins before serving.
