Lemon Garlic Air Fryer Salmon

Flavorful on the outside and tender inside, this Lemon Garlic Salmon is super quick and easy to cook in an air fryer. Serve with a salad or your favorite veggie for an incredible seafood dish that comes together in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted (or oil)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp EACH garlic powder, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and spices. Brush salmon with the mixture until fully coated.
  2. Arrange salmon in a single layer in an air fryer basket and air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Notes

  • Pro Tip: Double the marinade and add broccoli, asparagus, green beans, or your favorite veggie to the air fryer with the salmon.
