Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 lemon juice from
  • ½ cup PLAIN yogurt
  • liced almonds or toasted pine nuts, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt with the minced garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl using a whisk.
  2. Season with a little salt, taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. That's it!

Notes

  • The sauce is ready to serve with steamed broccoli, asparagus or any of your favorite green vegetables.
  • Once you add the sauce, top with the sliced almonds or pine nuts if you are using them.
