- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds*
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well.
