Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 24 uncooked frozen shrimps thawed and shelled
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cubes DOROT Crushed Ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to the package. Set aside.
- While orzo is cooking, heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear the shrimps two minutes on each side until cooked through. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a small pan, add Dorot Crushed Ginger and salt. Stir for a minute.
- Add orzo to a pan and add half of the butter and ginger mixture and half of the lemon juice to it. Stir well.
- Mix the rest of the butter ginger and lemon juice with the cooked shrimps and place them on top of the orzo.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
