Lemon Mint Tea

Most days I use tea bags, but when we want something special, we go to out the garden together, pick some sprigs of mint and brew up a pitcher of this delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups of boiling water
  • 1 Cup fresh mint leaves, packed (you can also use 3 mint tea bags if you don’t have fresh mint)
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour the boiling water over the mint leaves in a pitcher.
  2. Allow the water to cool to room temperature.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and chill.
  4. Pour over ice and serve.
