Lemon Mousse

Super easy 4-ingredient Lemon Mousse recipe! Made with Plain yogurt, powdered milk, sugar, and fresh lemon juice—no gelatin, condensed milk, or cream required. This dessert is one of the simplest and most refreshing treats you can make.

Ingredients

  • 510 g plain natural yogurt
  • 300 g powdered milk (I used NIDO Brand)
  • 210 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients: Combine the yogurt, powdered milk, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a blender. Blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill: Pour the mousse into a 9.8 x 6.7-inch dish with a 2.2-inch height. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or until fully set.
  3. Serve: Once chilled, serve and enjoy!
