Lemon Pepper Air Fried Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper herbs

Instructions

  1. Drain chickpeas well in a colander.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss chickpeas in oil and seasoning.
  4. Preheat air fryer to highest heat at least 5 minutes.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with a bit of nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Add chickpeas to fryer basket.
  7. Cook 15 minutes, until desired crispiness. Shake basket every 5 minutes to help evenly crisp.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
