Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper herbs
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas well in a colander.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- Toss chickpeas in oil and seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to highest heat at least 5 minutes.
- Spray air fryer basket with a bit of nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
- Add chickpeas to fryer basket.
- Cook 15 minutes, until desired crispiness. Shake basket every 5 minutes to help evenly crisp.
- Serve and enjoy!
