Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Salmon fillet , cut into 2 pieces
  • 2 fresh lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flat parsley , minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Zest one lemon, set aside. Thinly cut lemons into slices and line the bottom of the baking sheet. Place the salmon fillet(s) on top of lemon slices.
  3. Season the salmon with the lemon zest, Kosher salt, ground black pepper and fresh parsley.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on he thickness of the fillet and desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
