Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
This easy Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing is light and creamy with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup lemon juice fresh
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons Keto honey sugar-free
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon onion minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds into the bowl of an immersion blender or mini chopper.
- Blend until everything is well combined.
- Add in the poppy seeds and pulse briefly.
- Serve over your favorite salad and store leftovers in an airtight jar for about a week.
