Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

Tangy and delicious, this Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing is so easy to make with 7 simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen! This lemon vinaigrette comes together so quickly and can be used in more than just salads!

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1½ tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients and use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. Alternatively, add everything to a mason jar and shake to combine.
