Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup avocado oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar-free Keto honey
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds into the bowl of an immersion blender or mini chopper.
  2. Blend until everything is well combined.
  3. Add in the poppy seeds and pulse briefly.
  4. Serve over your favorite salad and store leftovers in an airtight jar for about a week.
