Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt ideally lemon flavored yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
