Lemon Poppyseed Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt (I used 0%fat)
  • ¼ cup mayo (I used reduced fat)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together. Chill at least 1 hour for serving for best results.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container in the fridge up to three days.
