Ingredients
- 2 cups lemon yogurt 500 g, Note
- 1 large lemon the juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey to taste
- a few drops Yellow food coloring optional
Instructions
- Combine: Place the lemon yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir well and add more honey or lemon juice to taste. Stir in a few drops of yellow food color, if desired.2 cups lemon yogurt/ 500 g + 1 large lemon + 1-2 tablespoons honey + a few drops yellow food coloring
- Freeze lemon popsicles: Divide the yogurt mixture between the popsicle molds and freeze until solid, usually overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water.
