Lemon Popsicles

Easy lemon popsicles made with only 3 ingredients. These pops are refreshing, and full of flavor - the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lemon yogurt 500 g, Note
  • 1 large lemon the juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey to taste
  • a few drops Yellow food coloring optional

Instructions

  1. Combine: Place the lemon yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir well and add more honey or lemon juice to taste. Stir in a few drops of yellow food color, if desired.2 cups lemon yogurt/ 500 g + 1 large lemon + 1-2 tablespoons honey + a few drops yellow food coloring
  2. Freeze lemon popsicles: Divide the yogurt mixture between the popsicle molds and freeze until solid, usually overnight.
  3. To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water.

Notes

  • Yogurt: Creamy lemon yogurt, low-fat, if desired. If using plain Greek yogurt, you might need more honey.
