Lemon Tahini Dressing

You will love this bright, lemony tahini dressing recipe! It's simple to make, can be whisked together in a bowl (or use a blender!) and is delicious on salads, in wraps or as a roasted veggie dip!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger, paste
  • 2 water as needed to thin, 3 tablespoons

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Or, add everything to blender cup and blend until smooth. Add water to thin to desired consistency.

Notes

  • Store any unused dressing in a covered jar, up to 4 days in the fridge.
