Ingredients
- 200 ml double cream (heavy cream or whipping cream) ¾ cup
- 3 tablespoons powdered icing sugar sifted
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the cream, zest, sifted powdered sugar and vanilla to a large bowl (or stand mixer).
- Beat with a whisk or electric mixer until thick and forms soft or stiff peaks (depending on your preference and how you will use it).
