Lemon Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Citrus enriched and zesty lemon yogurt sauce. Serve with BBQ meat, kebabs, grilled vegetables, seafood and more!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup yogurt thick greek style preferred *see Notes
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper ground
Instructions
- Place yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- Combine and whisk together all ingredients.
- Keep in the fridge covered until further use. Serve up with meats, seafood, or veggies as a dip.
Notes
- You can choose your yogurt to make this recipe. For a thick sauce, use thick Greek yogurt, Skyr or hung curd. For a thinner, more liquid sauce, use regular yogurt or something like french yogurt.
