Lemon Yogurt Sauce Recipe

Citrus enriched and zesty lemon yogurt sauce. Serve with BBQ meat, kebabs, grilled vegetables, seafood and more!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup yogurt thick greek style preferred *see Notes
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper ground

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  2. Combine and whisk together all ingredients.
  3. Keep in the fridge covered until further use. Serve up with meats, seafood, or veggies as a dip.

Notes

  • You can choose your yogurt to make this recipe. For a thick sauce, use thick Greek yogurt, Skyr or hung curd. For a thinner, more liquid sauce, use regular yogurt or something like french yogurt.
