Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Meyer lemon about 3 to 4 Meyer lemons, juice
  • lemon sliced, Meyer variety
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice lime juice
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 3 cups coconut water Vita Coco brand, pure
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups ice cube

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the Meyer lemon juice, sliced Meyer lemon, Calamansi lime juice, and mint leaves. Muddle the mint leaves gently until they are slightly bruised.
  2. Add the coconut water and sugar, then stir to combine well. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Add ice cubes to the lemonade before serving. You may add a slice of Meyer lemon to the edge of the glass as a garnish.
