- 1 banana
- 1 ½ - 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 scoop unflavored or chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup ice
Instructions
- For the smoothest and fastest blend, add the milk to the blender first.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (and any add-ins if using) and blend at medium-high speed until smooth.
