Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (can use gluten-free oats)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop unflavored or chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup ice

Instructions

  1. For the smoothest and fastest blend, add the milk to the blender first.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (and any add-ins if using) and blend at medium-high speed until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately.
