Light Greek Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lemon juiced, (60g
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 60g
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra-virgin, (60g
- 1/4 cup chicken broth low-sodium, (60g
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 salt omit if using regular chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
