Lillet, Mint and Elderflower Aperitif

This lovely combination of Lillet, Elderflower cordial, Mint and Sparkling water is the cocktail I reach for on hot Brisbane nights, and will be the one I’ll be serving on Christmas day, which will no doubt be a scorcher if previous years are anything to go by!

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Lillet blanc
  • 20 ml elderflower cordial
  • 100 ml sparkling water
  • ice
  • 4 leaves mint plus a small sprig to garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the mint leaves between your hands and clap them together to release the mint oil. Place all of the ingredients in a glass (or jug if doubling, tripling or quadrupling the recipe) except for the sprigs of mint. Mix to combine and serve with a sprig of mint.
