Lime Fluff (aka Seafoam Salad)

Lime Fluff (aka Seafoam Salad) is a sweet side dish that's perfect for the Holidays or any time of year! This easy dessert salad takes just 10 minutes to make and a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • lime zest of half a lime
  • 1 ounce sweetened condensed milk can
  • 1 ounce whipped topping container
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers crushed
  • green food coloring optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl whisk together the lime juice, lime zest and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add a drop or two of green food coloring if you like to give it a greener color.
  3. Stir in the whipped topping and mini marshmallows.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set up for 1 hour.
  5. When ready to serve sprinkle the vanilla wafer crumbs on top.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can garnish with mini marshmallows and lime zest too if you like.
  • This can be made the day before.
  • Key lime or regular lime juice will work just fine.
