Lime Sherbet Punch (St. Patrick's Day Punch)
This festive lime sherbet punch has a vibrant green color that makes it perfect for St. Patrick's Day, or any occasion worth celebrating!
Ingredients
- 48-64 oz limeade One typical jug
- 2 cups vodka
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 3-4 drops green food coloring if needed
- 1 quart lime sherbet
- 2-3 lime sliced
Instructions
- Combine liquid ingredients in a large punch bowl. If you'd like your punch to be a deeper shade of green, stir in a few drops of green food coloring.
- Add scoops of sherbet and lime slices, so that the float on top and are evenly spaced in the bowl.
- Scoop punch into serving glasses, making sure to get some of the sherbet with each cup.
