Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust the ingredients as needed until it tastes bright, balanced, and just tangy enough to liven up whatever dish it touches.
