Ingredients

  • 2 ounces limoncello
  • 3 ounces prosecco or dry sparkling wine of choice
  • 1 ounce club soda or just add more prosecco if that's how you roll
  • Lemon wheel
  • Spring fresh thyme or mint optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the limoncello, Prosecco, and club soda.
  2. Give it a stir, or leave the layers as they are for presentation. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh thyme.
