Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes baked, peeled, and cubed
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 6 cup milk
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 10 trips Bacon cooked and crumbled, leave some aside for garnish if desired
  • 14 ounces canned corn drained
  • shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
  • green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan melt butter on low heat. Stir in flour and seasonings.
  2. Gradually add milk and turn heat up to medium. Add minced garlic. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes until thick.
  3. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream. Add potatoes, corn, and bacon.
  4. Serve in individual bowls topped with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
