Loaded Slow Cooker Potatoes
Loaded Slow Cooker Potatoes combine hearty potatoes with cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and a blend of spices in a slow cooker, creating a rich and comforting side dish. Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes halved or quartered, little
- 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt to taste, kosher salt
- black pepper to taste, kosher salt
- sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Line a 6-quart slow cooker with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- Add half all the following ingredients: potatoes, cheese, garlic, cooked bacon, green onions, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Fold in the sides of the aluminum foil around potatoes.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low until potatoes are tender, 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve sour cream and topped with green onions.
