Ingredients

  • 3 beef hamburger patties
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables small (12oz)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (½ tablespoon for pan fried patties and ½ tablespoon for pan fried eggs)
SAUCE:
  • 2 & ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup Brown gravy powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil in the non-stick pan. Then, turn on the fire medium high.
  2. After, place 3 raw beef hamburger patties in the non-stick pan. Pan fry it for a couple minutes.
  3. Then, flip the other side and pan fry a couple minutes until it is cooked and set it aside.
  4. Next, clean the grease and pour ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil. Crack 3 eggs and pan fry them. (Cook them like the sun side up.)
  5. The following step, pour 2 & ¼ cups of water into the pot.
  6. Put ½ cup of brown gravy powder. Stir it very well, then turn on the fire medium high. (Don't turn on the fire until it's well mixed.)
  7. Keep stirring the sauce until it's bubbling. (When the gravy sauce gets cold, it becomes thicker.)
  8. Heat up or stir fry a small 12 oz of frozen vegetables. This is for the side.
  9.  Lay a cup of cooked rice and put the mixed vegetables on the side of the plate.
  10. After that, put the cooked beef patty on top of the rice. Then, pour some gravy sauce over the patty and put the pan fried egg on top of the patty.

Notes

  • Pan fry the beef patties for a few minutes until it’s cooked.
  • Cook the eggs like the sun side up. I like the yolk a little bit runny because it tastes great when mixing with the hot rice and gravy.
  • Put water and gravy powder into a pot. Stir it very well. Don't turn on the fire until the it's well mixed.Keep stirring until it’s boiling and bubbling. When the gravy sauce gets cold, it’s become thicker.
