Long Island Iced Tea

The Long Island Iced Tea is a combination of vodka, gin, rum, tequila, orange liqueur, lemon, and cola. While the combination can sound intimidating, the result is an incredibly refreshing beverage that's easy to sip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce rum
  • 1/2 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur or triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 plash cola to fill to the top
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 lices lemon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the glass to the top with cola and stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with the lemon slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Triple sec can be used in place of orange liqueur.
