Low Calorie Creamy Radish Salad

This creamy radish salad is ridiculously refreshing and ready in 15 minutes. With crunchy radishes, fresh herbs, and a cooling yogurt dressing, it’s light, flavorful, and the perfect way to brighten up your spring. Bonus: each serving is under 50 calories!

Ingredients

  • 10 radish about 1 bunch
  • 1 English cucumber
  • ½ cup chives 40 g, chopped
  • ½ cup PLAIN yogurt 120 g
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prep: Thinly slice the radishes and cucumber (a mandoline slicer makes this easy!).
  2. Assemble: Gently toss together all ingredients in a large bowl, seasoning with more salt or pepper to taste.
