Ingredients

  • 4 Mission® Carb Balance Spinach Herb Tortilla Wraps
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 lices Provolone cheese
  • 4 oz turkey sandwich slices
  • 8 cooked bacon slices
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • baby spinach leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard over each tortilla.
  2. Top each with a handful of baby spinach leaves, 2 slices of your favorite cheese, turkey slices, cooked bacon, tomato and avocado slices.
  3. Roll and fold each tortilla, burrito style. Cut in half and serve.

Notes

  • Wrap the tortillas tightly so that the filling is secure.
  • If making ahead of time, wrap securely in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
