Ingredients

  • 120 gms chicken sliced (I use chicken tenderloins, ¼ lb
  • 1/3 tbsp oil garlic infused
  • 1/3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
Fajitas
  • chicken marinated
  • 1/3 tbsp oil garlic infused
  • 50 gms red bell pepper 1/3 of a medium capsicum/pepper, sliced, red capsicum
  • 1.5 spring onion green parts only, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • tortillas
  • Coriander leaves
  • sour cream lactose-free
