Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb diced, 2.2 lbs
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil garlic-infused
  • 30 gms macadamia nuts ground into a paste, 1 oz
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2.5 cm cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 6 green onion green parts only
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp asafoetida
  • 1/8 tsp chilli powder
  • 7 tbsp yogurt lactose-free
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 300 ml lactose-free cream 10 oz
  • 60 gms raisins 2 oz
  • 1 ½ tsp garam masala
  • Coriander fresh leaves
