  • 200 ml water lukewarm
  • 100 gms potato boiled and mashed
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 5 gms active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
Toppings
  • green olives halved
  • cherry tomato halved
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil more
  • water warm
  • salt more, to taste
