Ingredients

  • 85 gms – 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 45 gms – 2 cups puffed rice
  • 75 gms – ½ cup pepitas
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum optional
  • 15 gms – ½ oz. dark chocolate melted

Notes

  • Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
