- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp sugar or to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 to ¼ tbsp rice vinegar depending on taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp fresh dill chopped

- Add more or less sugar and vinegar to achieve your preferred taste. Keep in mind that this is a sweet and sour kind of sauce.
