Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sugar or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 to ¼ tbsp rice vinegar depending on taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped

Notes

  • Add more or less sugar and vinegar to achieve your preferred taste. Keep in mind that this is a sweet and sour kind of sauce.
