Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil low fodmap garlic
  • ½ cup green onion green part only, chopped
  • 1 ¼ tsp basil dried
  • 180 gms long-grain rice I used Jasmin, 1 cup
  • 435 ml vegetable stock low fodmap, or chicken stock, 1 ¾ cups
  • 2 ½ tbsp tomato paste
  • ¾ tsp paprika sweet
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 basil sprig
  • 1/3 cup basil chopped, leaves
