- 180 gms long-grain rice I used Jasmin, 1 cup
- 435 ml vegetable stock low fodmap, or chicken stock, 1 ¾ cups
- 2 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- ¾ tsp paprika sweet
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 basil sprig
- 1/3 cup basil chopped, leaves
