Ingredients

  • 10 pork wontons low FODMAP
  • 180 ml chicken stock low FODMAP; 200 ml / ¾ cup
  • 2 tsp soy sauce or to taste (depending on how salty the stock is)
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • green onion sliced, tops
  • chili optional, fresh; to taste
  • sesame oil a drizzle of

Notes

  • You can also add some stir fried Low Fodmap Asian greens like 1 cup of bok choy or choy sum in the soup.
