Lucky charms frozen yogurt bark is simple and quick to make. This frozen yogurt bark recipe is the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat and it’s only 3 ingredients. Green vanilla yogurt topped with fresh berries and lucky charms cereal is a perfect snack to make for your littles!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk yogurt mixed with 2-3 drops of green food coloring
  • ¼ cup strawberries finely diced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup Lucky Charms cereal

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking quarter sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Combine a few drops of green food coloring with the yogurt and mix well. Spread the yogurt evenly over a lined baking sheet.
  3. Top with diced strawberries, blueberries and lucky charms cereal.
  4. Place in the freezer until the yogurt is firm, about 3 hours.
  5. Cut into 10-12 pieces, and enjoy cold.
  6. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
