Ingredients

  • 3 apple medium size
  • 6 celery ribs
  • 4 carrot medium
  • 12 kale leaves and stalks
  • 1 banana chopped, frozen
  • 1 c Greek yogurt non fat

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. run apples, celery, carrots and kale through the juicer
  2. place chopped, frozen banana and Greek yogurt into the blender and cover with juice
  3. blend until smooth
  4. enjoy!
