Lucky Green Smoothie
This green smoothies tastes so sweet with the apple and carrots juices blended with frozen banana you could get even the pickiest eater to drink their greens!
Ingredients
- 3 apple medium size
- 6 celery ribs
- 4 carrot medium
- 12 kale leaves and stalks
- 1 banana chopped, frozen
- 1 c Greek yogurt non fat
Instructions
- run apples, celery, carrots and kale through the juicer
- place chopped, frozen banana and Greek yogurt into the blender and cover with juice
- blend until smooth
- enjoy!
