Ingredients

Non-Alcoholic Halloween Punch
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 4 cups ginger ale
Lychee Eyeballs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can lychees
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prepare the Punch: Combine the cranberry juice and ginger ale and stir well. Taste the mixture and make any necessary adjustments. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  2. Assemble the Eyeballs: Drain the juices away from the canned lychees. Add a blueberry to the center of each lychee to make an "eyeball." Repeat until you've filled all of the lychees with blueberries.
  3. When you're ready to serve the punch, pour it into glasses with ice cubes and let guests add the "eyeballs" to float in each glass. Alternatively, you can freeze the eyeballs overnight and use them as ice cubes. Enjoy right away for a spooky drink!
