- 1 box Mac and Cheese (prepared)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the mac and cheese as per the box directions, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a medium saucepan add the ground beef, onion and garlic and brown until cooked. Drain fat and add the spaghetti sauce. Heat through.
- In a 9x9 baking dish layer the meat sauce, the mac and cheese, meat sauce, mac and cheese, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is warmed through.
