Macadamia Muesli (Gluten-Free, Paleo)
This macadamia muesli, inspired by my recent trip to Sydney, is packed full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. And it couldn't be easier to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nuts roughly chopped, raw
- 1 cup sunflower seeds raw
- 1 cup Pepitas pumpkin seeds, raw
- 1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 cup almond roughly chopped, raw
- 1/2 cup dried apricot roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup Flaxseed ground
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 4-6 cups coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the coconut milk into a large bowl and stir until combined.
- Serve individual portions and add coconut milk.
- Store remaining muesli in an airtight container for several weeks.
