Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise pick a brand you love
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest from 1 large lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chive
  • 1-2 anchovy fillets minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
