Magic Cranberry Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt divided
  • 1 14 ounce can condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13” baking pan with cooking spray and set  aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and ¼ teaspoon of salt until well combined. Turn the mixture out into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly to create the base. Use your hand or a flat bottoms glass to frimley press the base into the pan. 
  3. Slowly drizzle the can of condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker base. Do not try to use a spoon or anything else to spread the condensed milk. 
  4. Add the dried cranberries, walnuts, coconut, chocolate chips and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt to a medium bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle the mixture over the condensed milk in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden. Allow the cookie bars to set in the pan for at least an hour before cutting and serving.
