Magic Shell

Magic Shell can be made with just two ingredients in under 5 minutes! All you need is coconut oil and chocolate chips. You can use any flavored chips you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 /3 cup coconut oil (measured when solid)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30 second intervals in the microwave stirring in between. Add more chocolate chips to make it thicker, more coconut oil to make it thinner.
  2. Pour over ice cream. Store at room temperature and reheat as needed.
