Mango and Black Pepper Gin and Tonic
This Mango and Black Pepper Gin and Tonic is a deliciously different way to enjoy the classic G&T. The sweet mango and fiery black pepper sing together and make this a drink to remember.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup gin
- 1 ½ cups tonic water
- 2 Mango thick slices
- black pepper freshly ground
- 2 mint sprigs
Instructions
- Add the ice to two glasses and then pour over the gin.
- Pour over the tonic water and garnish each glass with a mango slice a good grinding of black pepper and a sprig of mint.
