Ingredients

  • 1 Mango peeled and diced, large ripe
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced, large ripe
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt to taste. Gently toss to mix the ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld together for about 30 minutes before serving.
