Ingredients
- 2 mangos
- 1 avocado large
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro (or more to taste)
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeds and ribs removed (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Finely dice the mango and avocado. Finely dice the red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño pepper.If you don't want jalapeño you can omit it, or if you want the salsa to be more spicy, you can leave the ribs and seeds in.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then serve with chips, or on top of chicken or fish.
